Ho sempre amato le illustrazioni antiche di Pinocchio e quest'opera si ispira proprio a quei disegni old fashioned della mia infanzia! Pinocchio è disegnato su legno, tagliato a traforo e decorato con tessuto vero per il vestito e cappello, con dettagli in cordino pelle e bottoni in legno. I capelli sono realizzati in mosaico di vetro , l'occhio è un bottone vintage . Anche la luna è interamente in legno lavorata con stucchi ed acrilici. Le scarpe sono realizzate nel mio classico mosaico di sezioni di legno e matite levigato. Le stelle sono in metallo e mosaico di specchio. Il gancio per appendere l'opera è già applicato sul retro.

ENG: I have always loved the antique illustrations of Pinocchio and this work is inspired by those old fashioned drawings of my childhood! Pinocchio is drawn on wood, openwork cut and decorated with real fabric for the dress and hat, with details in leather cord and wooden buttons. The hair is made of glass mosaic, the eye is a vintage button. Even the moon is entirely in wood decorated with stucco and acrylics. Shoes are made in my typical woods and pencils slices mosaic. The stars are in metal and mirror mosaic. The hook for hanging the work is already applied on the back.
